On the back end, Lindsay Howard runs the transaction coordination — contracts, inspections, repairs, and close. Builders get a full-service partner, not just a listing agent.

    HHR lists the new builds in MLS, HAR.com, and Homes.com — accurate and complete.

  4. Buyer Pipeline

    HHR brings qualified buyers — often with rep agreements pre-signed before the showing.

  5. Contract to Close

    HHR shepherds the buyer through new-construction contracts, inspections, and close.

What HHR brings to a builder partnership.

    We qualify buyers before we bring them through a new build. Many arrive with buyer representation agreements already signed, so the deal has legs from the first showing.

  • MLS-first listings, no noise.

    We list accurate, complete entries in the MLS, on HAR.com, and on Homes.com. We don't feed scrapers or aggregators that dilute your pricing or muddy your days-on-market.

  • End-to-end coordination.

    Lindsay Howard runs back-office transaction coordination from contract through close — inspections, repair negotiations, title, and final walk-through. Builders don't babysit the deal.
