Howard Home Realty was founded in 2020 by Cathy Howard, a career real estate agent with deep roots in Texas residential sales. Cathy built the firm's builder relationships from the ground up — she is the brokerage's lead-generation engine and the primary builder-side contact for the new-construction communities HHR works in across Huntsville and north.
In 2025, Lindsay Howard acquired the brokerage from Cathy and became the firm's Broker of Record. Lindsay holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license (#604696) along with the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) designations. She runs the firm's back-office operations, transaction coordination, and agent training — the scaffolding that lets HHR close cleanly and grow deliberately.
HHR's core focus is Huntsville and north: new construction with builders, plus resales in rural, lakeside, acreage, and golf-course communities. The firm is active in five Texas counties — Harris, Walker, Polk, Montgomery, and Fort Bend — and open to surrounding markets when the right relationship calls for it. That long-horizon approach to working with buyers, sometimes spanning months from first conversation to closing, is why HHR calls itself a firm of Relationship Builders.
